How much does the unit weigh?
The unit weighs just under 17kg

How secure and safe is the hardcase?

The hard case is waterproof, static proof, and pressure controlled to ensure the hardware inside stays safe during transport and storage. We have extensively tested our system both internationally and domestically. The hard case can also be locked using a standard TSA approved lock for extra security. We only use industry leading pelican cases which come with a lifetime warranty on the hard case, 12 months on the insert.

A piece of hardware has broken. How do I replace it?
Contact us with your order and serial number and we will be able to help you further. The serial number is on our order receipt and also located on the underside of the computer in the case next to the ‘S/N’.

I just want the controller and the software. Is this an option?
Yes, we have packages to suit all our customers simply email us for an enquiry and we will get back to you with prices. Note that our software and controller is designed to work on the Oculus Rift S headset, if you choose to utilise a different VR headset, SprayVIS is unable to guarantee capability.

If I don’t want the software can I buy the hardcase only?
Yes, please use our contact us page to make an enquiry. Note our case is designed to fit our spray gun controller and may require custom changes to suit your requirements.

Can we customize the hardcase to have our branding on it?
We have a range of customisation options available including custom logos. Contact us for more information.

I’m new to VR and am not sure how to set everything up
Using VR can be a bit daunting for people who are new to the technology. Our hardware is designed to be as easy to use as possible. We have created the SprayVIS Quick Start Guide to help you through the process. We also offer call out services where our team will visit your site and assist with set up and guide users on how to use and look after their units. Contact us for further information.

I’m having some hardware issues and need help.
First ensure all software is up to date, then try restarting the computer, unplugging and reinserting the USB and display port cables from the back of the computer, this will solve most issues. For further troubleshooting go to our guides page and download the hardware setup guide. This document shows you how to correctly set up and pack up the case, along with how to troubleshoot problems if they arise. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us for additional support.

Do I need an internet connection?
No, our app works with or without internet. However, to have the best experience we recommend you are connected to the internet to have access to online profiles. This will also ensure your software and drivers are up to date. Internet connection is only essential for the initial set up.
